Hey guys, I seem to have an intermittent issue with my BBM.

Some of the pics I send say sent but the other end doesn't receive. It's the same with when the other end sends me a pic it says sent, but I never receive it.

Strange thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance!

Were all of the pictures you are failing to send taken with your BlackBerry® smartphone?  Do you see any error messages when trying to send the pictures that fail?

Yes, they were all taken from the BB and there was no error msg. It says that it sent but I never received anything. Same with when I send something, the other party receives nothing.

Does this only havppen with one of your BBM™ contacts or is this the case for all of them?

All of them, as far as I know. I have about 20 bbm contacts, but only really chat to 5-6 of them.

Are the pictures stored on a media card?  Have you ever had any issues viewing your pictures on your BlackBerry® smartphone via the Pictures application?

Pictures are all stored on the SD card and nevery had issues viewing them.

At this point I would try re-installing BBM™ by going to www.blackberry.com/bbm from your BlackBerry® smartphone's browser.
