I topped up my credit yesterday and my blackberry services started working, they've been working all today aswell but now my bbm isn't working? Whenever I send messages there's a Red Cross and I don't get recent updates. Please Help!
there is a £5 blackberry data plan so your able to use bbm if this is already added just reboot your phone take battery out for a few seconds then put it back in once its loaded just let everything load up then try again. let me know how this goes for you. Jamie
