BBM set up

I tried to install the bbm 7.0 but for 2days it has been setting up and keeps telling me there is a temporary BBM server error has occurred. Pls I don't know how long I can have a BB without a BBM

Hi sassypresh,

 

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your wireless network provider? Does BBM install or do you get the error message while downloading it?

Yes I have a blackberry data plan and bbm is installing but then it never sets up. It keeps saying 'temporary bbm server error has occurred, retry'
I had to downgrade to version 6.2 before I could access my bbm. It's the 7.0 that keeps doing that
