Hi I need help with getting connected to the bbm service, the phone a Blackberry 9320 curve was purchased from a ee shop 7days ago. We asked the salesperson to set it all up but didn't as we later found out.
We've phoned 450 for them to activate the service, we've accepted everything that was sent switched the phone of taken the battery & sim out switched it back on waited 24 hrs etc etc. Still not activated after 7 days, been back to the shop where it was originally purchased to be told we don't activate that service you need to phone 450, our local store refused to done anything, phoned 450 at least 20 times only to be transferred to tell the same story over and over again. This is really frustrating I'm not happy with anything that we've been told to do & were still not connected to the bbm service.
Can anyone please suggest what to do. The phone is a xmas present for my son and he'd really like this service to be up & running.
Many Thanks.

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
