Mine says even though connected to Wife retry and connect to Wifi but I double checked I can brows web no issue but phone icon is grey will not turn green i have few friends on the other side we both tried hard step by step " Voice chat connection can not be established" and Make sure you are connected to WiFi and try again" Can some one help please I have other friends located in UAE can use it but why I can not on my BOLD9900

I had bbm working on wifi then rebooted and lost the bbm icon. I went to re-install and Now its saying unavailable for this device

What can i do now? :s

I lost my bbm and it took awhile to get back. Now I've got it back its just pending the friend requests i sent and the friend ain't receiving anything saying about a friend request. same happens when they add me. Just Nothing. Please help :smileysad:

Neal: Give your carrier a call and confirm that you have the correct blackberry data plan attached to your account.  Without that data plan BBM will not work.

I have torch. When I install bbm 7.0.0.126 my device do not open and restarting itself continiusly. Do you know why? Help me please.

I'm having trouble getting my bbm to work I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but everytime it keeps on giving me an error message saying cannot set up bbm
I have a torch 2 9810

My bbm has disappeared completely, rebooted a half dozen times. App world says its installed but its no where to be found. Frustrated with my 9900.
