I just upgraded to BBM 6.1.0.70 as well (2 days ago). Immediately upon completing the upgrade, it appeared that my most recent broadcast message was re-broadcast to most (but not all) of my contacts.
I just upgraded BlackBerry Travel today. Upon completing that upgrade, my now most recent broadcast message (which was an apology for the last automated broadcast that BBM sent out when I upgraded) has now been re-broadcast!
BBM 6.1.0.70 is definitely screwing up. I am not sure if it is re-broadcasting upon me doing an upgrade to a RIM application or if the second re-broadcast was just coincidentally after I upgraded BlackBerry Travel. Ridiculous. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.
