I've got some apps & themes from 3rd parties (Crackberry, etc) -- they weren't downloaded/installed via BB App World. I've got a device update to do, & I'm pretty sure the BB DM doesn't backup apps when doing the auto-backup.
Is it possible to backup the 3rd party apps so that they can be installed without loss of data or at least without loss of the app's registration status? I had this prob the last time I did a device update, so I no longer have access to those apps unless I repay/repurchase them - which is such a crock... and yes, that included big name apps (like Sims 3 game). *ugh*
I'm hoping to alleviate that issue this time around... Anyone?
