Hi, All.
I purchased the BeamReader PDF Viewer software for download in App World.....I got a reciept with the purchase, but did not recieve an access code at the time of purchase. I sent SLG Mobile a email with my attached receipt.....I got a form letter saying that my code should be in my applications area of Blackberry App World. That would be great, but all I see for BeamReader is the dreaded "Application not Found". I don't know where else to look for a access code....it was not part of any of the confirmation emails\receipts that I originally had recieved. It makes me sad. Any help would be appreciated....

Within AppWorld > MyWorld, try the Refresh List command and see if it appears. If so, then this KB will apply.

Thanks for the response
. I went in to my world and did a refresh list as recommended. I put my name and pass in, the apps refreshed, I see the 5 other apps I have downloaded, but Beam Reader is still listed at the top as "Purchase Not Found". Do I need to log in to another place for the App World? Thanks again for help...

Nope...from all you describe, something has gotten out of whack behind the scenes. You will need to open a formal case for support. And that is done via your carrier. You will need to contact them and request escalation into RIM for AppWorld support. If they try to fob you off, be firm...it truly is that your only path for resolution is formal support from RIM, and that is only available via escalation from your carrier.
