Bejeweled Registration Key

Hi all...

 

I am new here and just recently purchased my BlackBerry Curve 8900.  Last night I purchased Bejeweled from App World and when attempting to run the application, I am prompted for a registration key.  After checking the latest reviews, others are having the same problem.  I attempted to contact support (EA Mobile) via e-mail but I received a message back that I need to go to their website for support.  When I do that it prompts me to send an e-mail.  ???  I did send an e-mail to App World Support and eventually I sent a message to EA but so far no response has been received.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you get this resolved?

Thanks for the response.  It ended up being a problem with the application and EA Mobile released an updated version the next day.  Now everything works great.  :smileyhappy:
