Leanne, more detail will be needed.

If you go to your Messages folder > Press the Menu key > Compose PIN.

Can you send one of those contacts a PIN message, do they receive it and can the reply and do you receive that reply?

You will need to know the PIN of those four contacts to test.

I just purchased a Bold 9900.  I used to own the Bold 9700 with OS 5.  

It runs off of a BB Server.

I used to be able to send pictures and files on my previous BB, but with the new one, I do not even have the option to attaach anything thru my BBM.  Please help.

i can pin chat them, they recieved and read but could not reply :@

Leanne, you should call your mobile provider tech support and tell them you have been instructed to have this issue "escalated" to RIM level tier 2 support.

i have done this but have been told its not the provider problem as i still have internet and can still bbm half the contacts it lets me its a blackberry fault plz help
