BlackBerry travel automatic trip scanning problem

Altough I have my work email installed and running, BlackBerry travel does not recognize this account. I can't enable automatic scanning. By some other colleagues it runs perfect...
Any idea?

hello,

I am going to be not specific in this email.

1) I remember that there is currently a bug that prevents the BlackBerry Travel app to access corporate emails when the app is installed in the Personal side of the Balance.

2) I believe that when this happens, you can push manually the emails containing the travel info to BlackBerry Travel. This can be done by simply forwarding your email to a special email address.

Ok... if there is a known bug, that means it will be solved in the future.
Manually forwarding functions well...
