Can anyone help me? I have gone to my network provider but they are no help.
I have successfully downloaded blackberry app world onto my blackberry but it says I need to upgrade to a plan that includes browsing. I have free web access so im not sure what to do. My network provider says this is a technical fault can anyone help?

I have now sorted this using da site and guiding my tech team... Lol!!!
If anyone else has this problem contact your network provider and ask them to remove the +18 setting!!!
Then simply reinstall the app and away you go!
