Blackberry Curve BBM problems

Ye I just cant set itup completely even though it says installed I tried both sims and I can't make any free calls using LINE or VIBE on myphoen because of the BBM.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Can you provide a bit more information on the issue you are having setting up BBM? Have you verified with your mobile network providers that your data plan supports BBM? What version of BBM do you have installed?
