Please restart the phone by removing and placing the battery back while the device is ON. This process fixes the application modules in it without losing any data stored. Let us know if you still experience the issue after this.

Please upgrade your BBM version to 6.2.0.50 - it is available in the Blackberry App World. Hope this solves the issue.

Oh I just checked and its not coming up on my App World :-( It still have vxx.44

Tried that too and it still have 6.2.0.44 for me.. maybe it has rolled out to Australia yet..
