I have a blackberry curve 8520 and every so often bbm dissapears after I've rebooted my phone. I deleted a different app and i rebooted my phone and when it came back on bbm had gone even though it wasnt bbm i deleted. i took it to o2 when it happened before and they fixed it but i dont know how to. i cant reinstall it because my app world wont let me download anything, what can i do? :/
