Blackberry Protect site

I am having trouble using the Blackberry Protect website. None of the available options open making it impossible for me to track, call or even display a message on my lost phone. I've been trying to use the site for the past 8 hours

Please use plain text.

Re: Blackberry Protect site

Does Protect show your device listed?

When you click to show its location, what happens?

Re: Blackberry Protect site

Yes I do.

The other options such as displaying a message on my device also refuse to do anything when clicked.

Please use plain text.

Re: Blackberry Protect site

At the top of your device on the homescreen, does the BlackBerry logo show over to the top right near the signal indicator?
