Blackberry Travel

I have just upgraded my BB travel App to V.2.6.0.99  Since doing so the currency converter has stopped working.  I can click on it but it doesn't open.  Any idea how to fix this?

After Updating BlackBerry travel application have you performed a battery pull restart ! Please do it by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait for a min. then re-inset it back .After reboot please check if you're able to access Currency convertor feature within BlackBerry travel application.

I have precisely the same problem; tried battery pulls (multiple), uninstall/reinstall, currency converter still dead-in-the-water.

Yep tried that, no change.  Would happily roll back to the previous version but cant!

At least yours is still working, mine won't even launch!

 

Installed latest version 2.6.0.99 and now app says that this version is not compatible with my phone (Bold 9900).

Hi there,

 

 

Sorry for the delay , But can you all try reinstalling BlackBerry Travel again and see if it works ! 

 

To do that On your device Homescreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > loacte and delete BlackBerry Travel from that list .

 

Once deleted perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait for a min. then re-insert it back . Finally after reboot visit BlackBerry World and download it again . 

 

Please try it and let us know if error reoccur .

Nope, made no difference. I give up; how do I roll back to the previous version which worked?

Yes, this time the reset worked. Hasn't the last 2 times. The app launches. Can't comment on the Currency issue as I haven't used that.
