Bloomberg mobile: a continious "server error"

What goes wrong?

everything works, my phone, internet, other apps as well. Splendid.

But Bloomberg Mobile refuses. Others like Blue Mobile they work but not the Bloomberg app.

All permissions are allowed, and the firewall has been reset.

 

What do i wrong? Who can help?

In addition my BB is a Bold 9000.
