Hi. Great forum. I have had the CNBC icon on my blackerry bold for years. It opens to the market quotes for the Dow, the NASDAQ and the NYSE. Suddenly over the weekend, I no longer got the quotes but when I clicked the icon I got a page named CNBC 360. It told me that I could get the cnbc icon and I tried to get it but kept coming back to the same page over and over and connot get the cion downloaded again.
Can anyone help?

Have you tried having the browser shortcut (that is all it is) sent to your device via SMS?

Perhaps there is a conflict between the original shortcut and the update. Try removing the original and have them send the new one via sms as JSanders suggested.
Good suggestion ^^
1. Options > Advanced > Applilcations to find and delete the current.
2. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
3. Send the link again for the web shortcut and isntall once again.
