Can Someone Help Me please...

I have upgrade to bbm 7 , with my bb OS 7.1 ... everytime i sign in to bbm and restore my contacts, the phone , shut downs and reboots and deletes data.. my blackberry messsenger 7 wont work... help please

Hello Chrissy,

 

Your device should only restart and wipe if your BlackBerry ID password BlackBerry Device password is entered incorrectly 10 times.

 

The following article will assist you with resetting your BlackBerry ID password: http://bbry.lv/S6SLFB

 

Once the password has been reset, please attempt logging in to your BlackBerry ID once again.
