Can't Download Blackberry Protect And Don't authentic the BB ID

I try to download BB Protect in an Icon that I have in the deskopt and when I start the operation it says Error en la descarga.
I try to authentic my BB ID but it can't it says try it later Error 80003,
I remember that the BB ID authentic when you are login in Blackberry Protect but i can download mmm.. How can I fix it.. I have a BB 8520

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

KB29613 The error "BlackBerry Identity installation failed. Please try again later. (80003)" is displayed within BlackBerry App World

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message or code, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.

Hey, check your settings: go to advanced settings, TCP IP and enable APN settings and type internet next to APN. That will solve dat issue
