Two valid solutions were given, with detail, in clear understandable and kind language.

And I added MY comments to help you understand where I am coming from in attempting to help you, that I understood your frustration and that if you truly needed help, ranting won't help you. You've chosen the latter route. So be it.

AGAIN, I DON'T REMEMBER EVERY DETAIL. AND YES, you've said call Rogers 6 times, if I wanted to call Rogers I wouldn't be on this forum now would I? Again, not being rude but your first post was mocking me for suggestion of a purchase of an IPhone and your all like "Oh better watch what you say here" or what? I won't get any help? Cause so much help I ended up getting anyways, this conversation has gone on for 11 threads could you NOT have just KINDLY suggested your two suggestions and left it at that? Ranting won't help me, then don't reply to the post? If you really wanted to help me you would have put the two suggestions and left the comments out, no really thank you though. Thanks.

Someone please help me I have the SAME problem with my torch that I had for a year too! I don't even have my facebook app cuz it deleted itself from my phone, I can't download any apps ! Its driving me crazy!!! I have no clue what to do so please help!
