Can't download apps from BlackBerry World online!

I have tried and tried to download apps from BlackBerry World for my BlackBerry Curve 9320 online! I find an app that i want and click the download button then it asks me to connect my phone which is already connected to my laptop via USB! The page then freezes and won't go any further! Why? Why can't i download an app? Why does the online BlackBerry World ask me to connect my phone when it already is connected by usb? This is very, very annoying! Help!

Hello Chrissie24, 

 

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Try not having your device plugged in while you are searching for the application and then when it asks for you to connect your device then connect it via USB.

I know it sounds stupid but i will try your simple solution to the above problem. It is just so annoying not being able to download an app through BlackBerry World on line. Takes so much longer to do through the phone.
