Hi

I have BlackBerry 9860 with OS 7.1

I tried to update my BBM6 to new BBM7 but could not find it in the intstalled list of App world

Also when i go throw App world

• Click Categories.
• Click Apps.
• Open the IM & Social Networking category.
• Click Instant Messaging. I cant find BBM .. it dosent show

Tried a link and it direct me to appworld with this message in the top

(BlackBerry Messenger Unavailable for this device)

How can I fix this problem and update my BBM to the new version

I'm getting the same problem with my 9360 curve, both my country and carrier is listed as supported, and the thing is i used the beta for a while, but then it stopped working and when i tried to reinstall the release version it said unavailable for this device , exactly what Turk is getting ^

If I wanted 6 I would have just used DM and installed it, but its fine now, I just found a download for 7 elsewhere and it worked fine
