Welcome to the Support Community!

What version of BBM do you currently have installed? If you are using BBM 7.0, the backup and restore is automatically done over the wireless network with your BBM contacts, profile and groups all automatically associated with the BlackBerry ID you are using. This user guide has more information on the new features. http://bbry.lv/W32Elo
