Hi...I've read the response to a question pertaining to my problem but the answer says to go the blackberry.com/blackberryid to change the security password. In going there it only gives two options that explain how to step by step either set up your blackberry I'd or reset your password by answering the security question. Therein lies my problem...Thank You in advance for your help...Sincerely...~M~
