I've downloaded the delta airlines app for my blackberry 3G curve. It doesn't work. I spoke with Delta tech support and they say it's working. I sat next to a guy last night on a flight and he had that app on his b and it worked. I've deleted the app and redownloaded it, and it still doesn't work. It tells me this service is temporarily unavailable. I've never connected in the past 2 months I've had this bb. Any suggestions??? Thnx.

Are you having any other connection issues, such as emails not getting through, BBM messages that can't be sent, etc.?

Everything else is working fine, just this app.

Did the application work correctly previous to the two months ago?
What model # Curve is your BlackBerry?

The app never worked. It's a curve 3g 9300.

In App World, the app has a two star rating out of five, so I suspect it's a widespread problem. ![]()

It was working for the guy next to on the plane Thursday. He had a bb too. It's not the Delta app in my opinion.
What is it, in your opinion?

If you downloaded an app that is supported on your phone and you're not having issues with any other apps plus no connection issues are troubling you, I'm not sure what the next step would be. Uninstalling then reinstalling an app has been known to work, as has doing a battery pull with your phone powered on. If these two solutions turn out to not be solutions at all, you might want to drop a line to the app developer. We can only suggest possible solutions but if they are not working, the developer would be your next contact.
