I am asking a friend more familiar with BES and IT Policy settings to look at this thread maybe suggest what you can speak to your BES Admin about.

You will need your BESAdmin so make a Software Configuration.

Here is the latest on my Delta app problem. My "no help desk" finally responded to my request yesterday - Friday 8/10. They told me now to contact AT&T. According to them there isn't a problem with any of the administrator setting for my phone. The saga continues...

Your BES is restricting the third party data from the Delta app. It's certainly not ATT.

This was the response from my "no help desk." I never even spoke with anyone on this issue. They also suggested that ATT may replace my blackberry. I've got to do what they've told me. I'll call ATT on Monday.

Today I spend 45 minutes with the blackberry help desk trying different things. There is a documented problem with the Delta app on later versions of the blackberry (not my 9300 curve 3G). This BB help desk guy is contacting the app provider for assistance. My blackberry help call is still left open. He said he'll contact me back in 48 hours. At least he seems to be working on a solution. I'll post more as this evolves.
