My Device: Bold 9900

Device not showing up on Blackberry Protect Site

Hi

 

My Bold 9900 is not showing up when I log on to the Blackberry Protect Site. The Site is saying 'To add a device to this account, load the BlackBerry Protect Application onto your device from the BlackBerry AppWorld '. 

I have reinstalled the Protect App and have even completed a backup.

 

Any help with resolving this would be much appreciated.

Thank you for reporting the issue you are experieincing with your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone not being visible within the BlackBerry® Protect™ app.

 

If you have already completed a reinstallation of the BlackBerry Protect app, further detailed investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.
