Documents to Go won't open CSV file

I have the Premium Edition of Documents to Go Ver. 2.0004 (018) and I cannot get (Sheets to Go) to open a CSV file. Is there some way around this?

I would suggest reaching out to Documents to Go for support, since you have the premium edition.
