Hi,
Last night I was adding new BBM apps to my torch. I restarted it, when prompted, and it wont actually start. The screen go's black and it flashes the red light. as expected Then with the black screen the white "blackberry" word and logo comes up with the white progress bar at the bottom, also as expected. But when the restart is complete, it switches off again, flashes red and starts thinking again.
I cant switch it off, I've tried pluging it into my laptop to reset factory settings, but as its in a perminant state of resetting my laptop cant connect.
I've taken the battery out, both with and without memory card and sim, and I'm at a complete loss.
