Please can someone resolve the following

I am the owner of a Blackberry Tour Verizon Customer

I was prompted to upgrade my fully functional older version re EBAY 1.03 to EBAY 2.0 so I did this and it rendered a description of ebay and the app; followed by CONTACT SUPPORT ?

Then was prompted to upgrade newest verison of BBM  did that successfully and fullly functional.

The problem lies wherein EBAY  is not working, not accessbile,  but yet when I go to view "my apps"  it is listed there as INSTALLED.

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app again.
