Error starting Viber

hello!

 

My Viber can't be opened!

there is a message (Error starting Viber: Module 'VberLibInterface' attempts to access a secure API)

Whats should I do?

Try doing:
Battery Pull
Re-Installing Viber
Updating Viber
Reloading Your BB OS

You will need BlackBerry Desktop Software First.
Start BDS
Connect your and there will be an option to restore & Backup your device, its up to you if you'd like to backup everything.

When l try to download viber it ask me to enter 4-digits password which l don't know.

After you enter your number on Viber's registration page, you should receive an SMS from us with the code.

If you didn't receive it, Please try removing Viber, wait 24 hours, reinstall and try again (make sure you try both the SMS and the automated call options).

In addition, you may try to register to Viber with a different number (for example - your home landline number, a friend's number, etc.), in order to determine whether the problem is specific with your number, or a general one.
