Hi there I need help - I have had Blackberry Facebook for months and all has been fine - about a week ago it stopped working altogether - doesnt come up with 'Run' when I go through Blackberry App World downloads OR come up when I press the Facebook Icon in my Applications folder - at a loss - HELP!

Can't really answer that specifically but I have downloaded fb several times today but can't log on - is there a fb problem just started that is affecting both of is. The error message I get is that they can't log me on to the server. Vodafone, Geek squad can't help so I am at a loss

@athenatekoiti, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

thanks so much for that!! the old 'on off' trick - should have really tried that first. definitely back on but i notice the app must have since been updated as it is completely different to what it was..... is there a way i can go back to the old version or is it safer to just get used to it? thanks again!

Facebook 2.0 was released just a couple of weeks ago. Once a new version of facebook has been loaded to the phone, you can't revert back to a previous version. If you restored your phone to a previous time by using BlackBerry Desktop Software, you might get the old 1.9 back, but to just download that version on its own cannot be done.

I have downloaded the facebook App, but on the list of options in App world it does not give the 'run' option. All my other apps now work, although I did have a problem with twitter for a while.
Any idea on why this is? I have doen everything, re-installed (several times), re-booted, turned device on and off...nothing.
