Family locator app

Hello-

I'm looking for a good family locator app.  one that works off of cell towers instead of using the gps.  the gps doesn't work indoors, where as the cell towers do.

Don't buy e-mobile Family Tracker, ... I did and it didn't work at all. Now trying to get my money back
