Re: Full instructions to remove and re-install Twitter

Yep, let me know. I was not going to recommend that method.

Instead, check the link here and use the Autoloader file for your exact model: Upgrading OS10 devices using Autoloader

If you want to install the leaked 10.2.1.1925 OS, go to crackberry and download the correct file for your model and then follow the exact instructions in my link above to install it.

Re: Full instructions to remove and re-install Twitter

Ok, good luck. the bb10-0015 error can be difficult to overcome.

Follow the autoloader instrucitons just as they are posted.

Re: Full instructions to remove and re-install Twitter

So I did the following:

I went home (as proxy was restricting downloads at work)

I removed the battery and the sim card and SD card

when i got home I fired up BB Link, which recognised the phone and offered a new software update, so I tried it like i had loads of times before... and it just worked! so phone back to factorya dn slowly rebuilding it.

I hadnt got tot he newest version but thought that I was pleased enough to have the phone back!

will update it some other time...maybe

Thanks again for your help
