hi all, i recently downloaded a free app and the icon didn't show up on the home screen. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Please use this method to determine if the app actually is installed or not:

  • KB10040 How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone

If it is installed, then search for the icon within all homescreen folders and subfolders. Be sure you have "show all" active as you search. Also be sure you are not running a custom theme as that may well be hiding the icon from you.
