I dont know what to do, I have a blackberry curve 8520 and I can't download facebook 2.0 or BBM 6.0 , app world doesnt notify me that there's a new version and I cant download them from the page either, what can I do?

what version OS is on your device? I believe it needs to be at least os5 for both of these updates.

I think that it's 4.6, how can I get OS5? :/ I wanna get those apps

On your computer go to blackberry.com/updates
Or for over the air, from your device I think its options, advanced options, check for update.

I have a BB bold 9700 and since last Friday I have not been able to send or receive e-mail.  I have a gmail account and keep getting very strange messages. One that keeps coming up ins uncaught exception; padding byte out of range!!!!  I am not able to view my facebook either.  I seem to be getting the run around between the BB support and gmail!  Does anyone have this same problem???

My camera does not work anymore. Anytime I swicth it on, it tells me to close all other applications and try again. Why is dat?

Too many applications running in your background. After you've closed those apps, reset your blackberry.

heyy guys ...I've got blackberry bold 9780, and current version in 6.0 ...I'm trying to download facebook from the site and from the bb site, but it keeps coming with this message ... 'A communication failure has occurred. The server may be busy, please try again later'

Can anyone help me? ...I have noo idea what to do! ...Thank youu! x
