Tried archiving the app Cardiocalc on my storm but could not do so. So
tried to delete and download again. Even after deleting, the app is
there in my world section of BlackBerry app world but it does not work.
The Cardiocalc on app world is not giving me a download option anymore. Cannot
reinstall using the menu either.
I contacted customer support for Cardiocalc but was advised to contact BlackBerry.

and register an account. Then post to the applicable forum.
