Hi and thanks. I thought that was what I had done, but possibly I used the App World/General option and not App World/Billing. Anyway, I've now registered here and come back to the forums, as the problem has resolved itself - but a similar one has appeared.
I was using WiFi and found that by switching it off and using GPRS (no 3G signal at home), I was able to re-download VibAndRing and it's now working fine. However, I then tried to download MultiAlarm Pro Demo, and a similar problem has occurred.
It started to download, but hung, and I can't cancel it or restart it. I've tried popping the battery, and I've tried uninstalling App World and reinstalling it. MultiAlarm Pro Demo itself doesn't show in the Blackberry Applications list, so I can't uninstall it. It does show in My World, but there's no option to cancel, reinstall or run. I've tried switching between wifi and gprs/3g, as that seemed to fix VibAndRing, but still no luck.
I saw similar posts about stuck downloads where they asked for the following information, so I've copied that here. I haven't gone to the link you posted for Billing/Payment, as it's a free demo app and it didn't seem appropriate. Hope you can help.
