Hi there, I recently downloaded and paid for the Canadian Press app through blackberry app world.
I had issues after 10 days of use and called Bell Mobility my service provider for the Blackberry storm. They recommended I delete it and reinstall it. The app world will now not let me reinstall it because it says it is already been paid for.
I have also contacted the Canadian Press tech support and they directed me to you for support.
Please let me know how to proceed.
