Downloaded applications for BlackBerry® Smartphones and Tablets

Please could you assist me again.
I have version 3.0.1.29 and am unable to upgrade to another version whichever route I go for the upgrade (BB App world or via the website).

Further BB App world kicks me out and says that I need to upgrade so its like going in circles:-(

Any idea how I can upgrade?

Try this,

1. Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
2. Browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
3. After download, please restart your BlackBerry smartphone when prompted.
4. Verify that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

I've seen it on my options-advanc-applications.but what I want is to see and use it like other apps on my phone. I want to see it,pls ,help!

From that location, What version of AppWorld do you have installed?

I downloaded app world now, but it doesn't want to open or start up...

It shows in all the relevant places tho...

Not sure what to do next...
