I am trying to get Blackberry Messenger on my phone. I have the Curve 8310 with AT&T and it keeps telling me that my Software does not support it?! I know many people with the same phone that have it. Please help!

Hi there!

You might need to update the device OS on your BB...go to:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

and see if your carrier has an update for you.

Alternatively, you can use the web-based update tool:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/update/

Or you can use your installed Desktop Manager program to search for updates and/or add/remove components.
