I bought a new Blackberry Storm from verizon 6 weeks ago. The phone failed to function properly and was replaced. I am having trouble re-installing vlingo without re-purchasing it. I contacted vlingo but thier instructions are not working for a re-install, they asked me to contact you. I just don't feel I should have to purchase vlingo twice.
