Where is this 'download button' on your BlackBerry?

Use your BlackBerry browser to go to www.blackberry.com/messenger

and download from there.

Re: I cannot download blackberry messenger again after deleting by accident

kadisha,

  • on your BlackBerry, go to Options > Device > Application Management and scroll to and delete the current BlackBerry Messenger application.
  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Use your BlackBerry browser to go to www.blackberry.com/messenger
  • You may need to reboot once again.
  • Find BBM and set it up.
