I did Backup using Blackberry protect online portal and cant restore the contacts

Hello,

I used the online page for BB protect to backup all my device (it shows the phonebook enteries were backup) , after that i wiped my phone's data and now when i try to restore the backup from my device , i am able to restore everything EXCEPT the phonebook contact entries !!!

i tried to restore from the website but there is not option to do so (only a backup button)

the contacts box in the BB protect in my device are unticable and it says " this data is already wirelessly synchronized with a remote service and cannot be restored by blackberry protect "

I don't know how to restore my contacts back , any ideas please ?!!!
