[ Edited ]
I just purchased the new blackberry tour and when i was testing it out I think i downloaded the app "VZ Navigator" by accident. I dont want to pay for this monthly service. How do I make sure I dont get charged? Thanks

Hi there!

You should delete the application...follow these instructions:

  • KB10392 How to delete an application from the BlackBerry smartphone

And then also contact VZW as they are in control of your service contract with them.

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.

Cheers!
