I downloaded Aerize Optimizer through appworld and the application downloaded with errors. When I tap the Aerize icon I get a a Ram archive restore option, when I tap restore the phone freezes and I need to perform a soft reset to resolve. I believe I need to delete the application and re-download, but do not want to pay again. Aerize Customer service said they could not help me and that the issue was Blakberry appworlds. Please help esolve this issue.
