I just received a replacement Curve 8330. On my previous...

I just received a replacement Curve 8330. On my previous device, I had purchased two apps from App World, both of which I paid for using my Paypal account. I was told that I could reinstall the two purchased apps by logging into MyWorld, but when I do that, my apps do not show up, stating that no apps are associated with MyWorld. I realize that free ones need to be re-downloaded, but I do not want to have to pay again for the ones that I actually purchased. This has been very frustrating, and I have found very little support on how to resolve the issue. Paypal has records of my two App World purchases, but it seems that App World/MyWorld itself, does not. Please help.

Thank you for the quick response. I did try logging in as these instructions suggest, but as I stated in my original post, my purchased apps were not listed in the My World section, as they should be. I have receipts of purchase from Blackberry App World, so the fact that they are not showing concerns me, and I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

That being the case, your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:
https://www.blackberry.com/CSOHelp/index.do?ft=generic

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection.
