I m not able to use voice chat in BBM7

I m having a latast version of BBM 7.0.
When I am connected with wifi then I m not able to use voice chat with other freinds who already connected with wifi....

I heard that some kind of DNS or IP settings which that needed to solve this problem....

So please you guys help me out....

Try this -


When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

Keep in mind that you need BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) on your account to access BBM Voice.  Yes, it uses Wi-Fi to transmit the call, but BIS must be in place to tell your phone how to handle the technicalities of the call.
